This was NOS's first album, and was released when they still were a four piece band. The band formed in December of 2009, and wrote the material of the "Made in America" album in 2010 when 3 members were Seniors in High School, and the 4th member was an 8th grader in Middle School. Every song on this album (except for 'Angels Then Mushrooms') was performed live in Virginia, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

The 'Made in America' album was full of firsts, and was a great chance for the band to learn so much about the music world/life style. As a four piece comprised of kids too young to buy cigarettes, the songs of this album were performed in Country Halls, High School Talent Shows, Skate Shops, Community Centers, Once in a Garage, Art Stores, Hookah Lounges, and eventually at a few Bars.

A four piece, masked, underage band; playing hybrid styled music on 6-string guitars, a 7-string bass, and a 9-piece drum set; with the vocalist screaming politics, while at the same time playing bass: young Nightmare of Sovereignty was an interesting experience to say the least.
